QuoteBack is for contractors and other service businesses that send estimates or quotes and want a consistent email follow-up process. It can fit trades such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, remodeling, and other quote-based work.
Create a QuoteBack account, add a quote in the app or import quotes from a supported CSV file, and review your follow-up messages. Keep the quote open and make sure it has a customer email so its scheduled follow-ups can be processed.
The three steps are scheduled for Day 2, Day 5, and Day 10 relative to the quote date. Due messages are processed on an hourly schedule, so the actual send can happen on the next processing run.
If the normal Day 2 send would be less than 24 hours after you enter the quote, QuoteBack delays that first send until at least 24 hours after entry. The Day 5 and Day 10 steps shift by the same amount, preserving the spacing between follow-ups.
When a reply is recorded against a quote, QuoteBack suppresses that quote’s remaining scheduled follow-ups. The rule depends on the reply being recorded in QuoteBack.
If a reply is recorded for the quote in QuoteBack, the remaining follow-ups stop. QuoteBack has not been verified to capture every reply sent to your business email, so some replies may not appear in the app. Confirm how replies are captured before relying on this stop rule.
An unopened reply record can trigger a new-reply alert in the protected dashboard and link to the reply inbox. The alert depends on the reply being recorded in QuoteBack.
Yes. A valid unsubscribe request clears the pending schedule and stops future follow-up emails for that quote.
In your account-wide defaults, you can edit both the subject and body for each Day 2, Day 5, and Day 10 email.
Yes. A quote-specific override lets you edit the message text for that quote’s Day 2, Day 5, and Day 10 steps. The quote-specific editor does not provide subject-line customization.
You can enter quotes in QuoteBack or import them from a supported CSV file. CSV import is a file-based workflow; a native live connection to another quoting platform has not been verified.
