The service
QuoteBack provides contractors with tools to record and manage quotes, including customer and job details, quoted amounts, dates, and quote status. For an open quote with a customer email and a configured follow-up sequence, QuoteBack can schedule and send follow-up messages using the contractor's message text and schedule.
QuoteBack records quote activity and follow-up outcomes in the product. A customer reply recorded for a quote stops its remaining scheduled follow-ups. A valid unsubscribe request for a quote also suppresses future scheduled messages for that quote. QuoteBack does not promise that a customer will reply, accept a quote, or produce a particular business or financial result.
Accounts and access
Registration collects a name, email address, and password. The current account flow sends an email-verification message. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials under your control, and using your account only with authority to do so. Do not share access with people who are not authorized to use your QuoteBack account.
Customer information
You choose what customer information and quote details to enter, which can include a customer's name and email address, job description, quoted amount, quote date, status, and follow-up message text. You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, notices, and other authority needed to provide that information to QuoteBack and use it for the purposes you choose.
Keep the information and email address you submit accurate enough for your intended workflow. Do not enter information you are not authorized to use or use QuoteBack to send unlawful, deceptive, or unwanted communications.
Automated follow-up email
You control the customer address, follow-up content, and sequence configured for your quotes. Before enabling automated messages, you must have the authority and any required permission to contact each recipient. You must use QuoteBack only for lawful communications and comply with applicable email, privacy, and consumer-protection laws, including any rules about consent, message content, sender identification, and honoring opt-outs that apply to your communications.
QuoteBack supplies follow-up tools; using them does not make your business, recipient list, or messages compliant with any law. You remain responsible for deciding whether a message may be sent and for honoring a recipient's valid unsubscribe request. Message delivery is handled by an email service, and QuoteBack does not promise delivery or a particular response.
Plans and billing
QuoteBack can present paid plans and free-access or trial offers. The plan, price, limits, and offer shown in the current pricing and checkout flow are the details available for that transaction. Paid checkout is hosted through the Stripe billing integration. The account billing area can request a hosted billing portal when that service is available.
This page does not set a particular price, trial condition, renewal rule, cancellation method or timing, or refund policy. Those details require confirmation against the active offer and billing configuration before they can be stated here as terms.
Product data and email processing
QuoteBack stores account and session records, quote and customer details, configured follow-up messages, delivery and activity records, recorded replies, and unsubscribe status as needed for the workflows described above. Account and product emails, including quote follow-ups, are sent through the configured email service. Subscription checkout uses a hosted billing flow rather than a QuoteBack form that collects card numbers.

The following legal and commercial choices are not established by the reviewed product code and are not approved or settled by this page:
